Very obedient, never messes, will clean up after him in yard etc. Very loving and great with kids - Tarhell Canine uses him as a show dog when schools come to visit.

Big ass house with lots o' room. Looking for a laid back (but not dead) roommate that is respectable, responsible, cleans up after themselves, and has common sense and courtesy. Someone that'll treat my sh*t like it was their own, I'm hoping that means they take care of it :P. Rent covers all utilities including internet and TV. just a nice sized room with someone down to earth and respectful. its just me, Phil, i have no animals, and the only person that would come over would be my gf of two years. i dont have many concerns, girl guy doest matter. i work and would keep steady payments, in fact id hardly be home. i do smoke but i would have no problem going outside. cleaning doesnt bother me a bit, and i like to party but i stick to myself. that would be great.

Good-sized 14'2" x 10'7" unfurnished upstairs bedroom, the upstairs hall bathroom will be yours. The kitchen's open. We can either do the community food and beer thing, or each keep our own stash. There's plenty space if you've got your own kitchen stuff. There's room in the garage for motorcycles. I work normal hours, gone from 7 to 6, and I usually crash out about midnight. I'm lookin' for the usual, "a respectable, responsible roommate." Being laid back and without any drama would be a plus.
