I am moving to Fort collins to continue my education at CSU. Some of my interest are reading, movies, crafts, hiking, softball, skiing, and horseback riding.I have a small 7lb cat who is my baby. My place is located across from CSU on the West side. I think it's the perfect place. For the most part it is centrally located in Ft. Collins. Everything thing you need is right here. Kinko's, CSU, fast food and dine-in, movie theater, bars, Rite-Aid, transportation and City Park are all within walking distance. King Sooper's, Blockerbuster, and gas stations are less than 5 minutes away. It's just like new; it's spacey; and it's affordable. The lease may be 6 mos. or 1 year depending.

This is a great 2 bdrm Victorian house just 2.5 blocks from CSU and a quick walk to Old Town! It's got lots of great features, from a lovely yard, to a carriage house for storage, to easy parking, W/D, a porch for lazy summer afternoons, and of course a wonderful roommate! I'm a young professional who recently graduated from CSU and is now working as a 5th grade teacher. I'm quiet and responsible, yet friendly and social, and hoping to find a roommate who is the same!!

Looking to sublet one bedroom of a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouse until July 31st, 2005 (I'll be moving in with my boyfriend soon). EVERYTHING - all the utilities (even high speed internet) included - will only cost you $365 a month. The bedroom is rather large and has a spacious closet, and is right next to a clean, HUGE bathroom.
