All Utilities FREE. I do have High Speed interent and that cost will be split with all roommates. My house is decorated very well and a great place to call home. My roommates do share a bathroom right across the hall from their personal bedroom with a very nice walk-in closet. The house is an open concept with the living room and kitchen being connected with valuated ceilings. I do have an outside patio with a grill. My roommates must like animals!

Canal Square -- 2 bd / 2 ba apartment on the ground floor. Very nice! Wonderful view of White River State Park! IUPUI campus right across the street. Short walk to Circle Center, the RCA Dome, and other downtown attractions. Rent is $919 to be split 50-50.

It's a great one-bedroom available in a fully furnished two bedroom apartment. If you don't have a car and/or like to work and walk around downtown, this is a great place for you! Also, I have a sweet cat named Harry, who's very easy to get along with.

Our complex is secluded from the city. We are right next to eagle creek park and 465 but it is a quiet neighborhood. There aren't many little children. Mostly people in there 20-30's here. Very safe place to live.
