alliemae   I am looking for a subleaser for my apartment. It is one block from UNI. You would live with 4 other great girls!! It is a 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom. This is only the 2nd year that people are living in it so it is fairly new! You would have your own huge room with a big closet and share a bathroom with 2 other girls. There are all new appliances. There is a washer and a dryer in our apartment. Cable and Internet are included. Utilities have been $25-$35/ month so far. The lease is til mid May.

We have 14 foot ceilings, colossal windows, each bedroom is very large, it's on the second floor of an old bank building,and the main room is split into a main area and a balcony-style room we're using as a study. We have two dogs, two cats, and a rabbit. We would prefer no more pets, but we are willing to negotiate. The main living areas are fully furnished, and we have a good-sized kitchen. The location is great: not far from UNI or Hawkeye.

megtes   I am moving back to Cedar Falls to begin my Graduate degree at UNI. I need housing for the semester. I did get an assistantship w/UNI and will be in CF for the whole year, but right now I'm just focusing on housing for the upcoming Spring semester. I am very clean, quiet, and eaxy going. I do not want to live in a party house as I will be focusing on my school work. I anticipate being on campus most of the time so I just need somewhere quiet to sleep.
