I am moving to Fort collins to continue my education at CSU. Some of my interest are reading, movies, crafts, hiking, softball, skiing, and horseback riding.I have a small 7lb cat who is my baby. I'm not too particular about cleaning, however I do expect the kitchen and bathroom to be clean. What I am looking for in a roommate is a female with a good relaxed personality. My place is located across from CSU on the West side. I think it's the perfect place. For the most part it is centrally located in Ft. Collins. Everything thing you need is right here. Kinko's, CSU, fast food and dine-in, movie theater, bars, Rite-Aid, transportation and City Park are all within walking distance. King Sooper's, Blockerbuster, and gas stations are less than 5 minutes away. It's just like new; it's spacey; and it's affordable. The lease may be 6 mos. or 1 year depending.

This is a great 2 bdrm Victorian house just 2.5 blocks from CSU and a quick walk to Old Town! It's got lots of great features, from a lovely yard, to a carriage house for storage, to easy parking, W/D, a porch for lazy summer afternoons, and of course a wonderful roommate! I'm a young professional who recently graduated from CSU and is now working as a 5th grade teacher. I'm quiet and responsible, yet friendly and social, and hoping to find a roommate who is the same!!

Looking to sublet one bedroom of a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouse until July 31st, 2005 (I'll be moving in with my boyfriend soon). EVERYTHING - all the utilities (even high speed internet) included - will only cost you $365 a month. The bedroom is rather large and has a spacious closet, and is right next to a clean, HUGE bathroom. I'm nice, fun, easy going, super laid back. I like to have fun and party but I'm not too crazy, and I'm very curtious towards roommates. I'm from Fort Collins, but I'm going to school in Las Vegas and coming home to transfer to CSU in May. I am planning on getting dog as well. I love animals, the more the better. I'm hoping to make a lot of new friends and I promise I'm a good roommate!! :)
