Very nice new apartment close to a lake, many places to eat, mall, fitness centers, 10 mins from down town. Master bedroom is room available. Complete with walk in closet and own bathroom. Apt has washer/dryer and central air. Need to sublease due to moving into a house. Short term lease at only 4-5 months. Its now through August.

Floors, walls and celing made of cement so it is extra quiet and there is less worry about making to much noise. Pets are extremly welcome. Entire complex is smoke free outdoor smoking only. Hi,
I like to be quiet, but sometimes I am restless, so i usually go run around in town(not to wake anybody up). I spend an average of 8- 10 hrs at home and I don't hang around riff raft.
I am an Artist; sketching, oil painting, etc. So a balcony or a veiw would be great but it is not a must. I am looking to move into a place that has specific style, nothing too bland.
As you can tell i tend to be a little straight forward and i don't avoid getting to the point.
