I am looking to share my 3 bedroom townhouse located in Gaithersburg, MD starting in February or March. I am a 27 y/o, laid back marketing professional. I spend most of my time away from home, usually at work or out. The property is a 10 min drive to Rockville, which is where I work. > Townhouse is an end unit in great condition, brand new appliances, wooden floors, separate bathrooms, fire place, walkout finished basement with backyard, two reserved parking...etc [contact info removed]
