I have a 1200 sq/ft, 2br apt in Wicker Park and I am looking for a roommate who has similar interests (and schedule) as me. The extra room is a modest 10x8 space, however the apartment is very spacious. Close to the El, 2 blocks away from nightlife and restaurants, fireplace, storage deck, huge kitchen, and more! $600 rent + $700 deposit, 6-12 month commitment.
