I'm a single guy.. just moved to Florida from New Jersey. Laid back, fun & ambitious.. I'm currently looking to work in the service industry in South Beach so a location close to that area would be ideal. I dont mind sharing a place, looking for something around $500 - $600/ month. I'm a virgo so I'm somewhat of a neat freak but nothing extreme...I am straight..I'm currently a landscaper in ft. Lauderdale, but looking to move south in early May. I'm a free thinker looking to find my niche here i
