About the room
Hello! I bought a condo in Aug 04. It's a really nice 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom condo in the Dunwoody/Roswell/Sandy Springs area. The room that's available has a private bathroom and nice closet space. The rent including utilites is $675.00 a month (the utilities include water, gas, cable, and elec). There is an awesome pool and tennis courts in the complex and it's very private too. A little about me - I work 9-5 mon-fri and I am 25 years old. I am very easy going.
