About the room
Beautiful house borders vista/oceanside close to 78 and camp pendleton. Former female marine transitioning into police dept. Male marine roomie is very clean and quiet; deploying soon. Want a clean, responsible, respectful, honest and drama free roommate to share 1/3 of bills. Full privledges of furnished house...you would have the large, unfurnished master room and bath. You'd have to be ok with a large sweetheart dog that has full run of the house. This place really is beautiful and quiet!!!
