Only no-no's w/ me: Don't play loud-bass music when I'm trying to study or sleep, unless we're throwing a party. Don't be too messy. If the Lakers, Dodgers, or Chargers are on, I might need the TV ;) unless we have separate TVs of course. Don't bring over people who will do these no-no's. Other than that, I'm a chill guy, won't get in your hair, easy to get along with, don't worry. Will be working 9-5, taking classes some evenings, like to have fun on weekends. That's it.
