About the room
It is a duplex located off the beach. It is a quiet area and typically very easy traffic. It is not hard to find and can sometimes be mistaken as a non rental place. It has nice neighbors on each side and I enjoy it. The realtor is a nice man, retired Navy who is quick to get things fixed if something goes wrong.
