About the room
My sister and I just bought the house and we have an extra room. My kids are 3 and 5 and very well behaved, we're usually only home in the evenings. It's a nice home, very well maintained. It's a corner lot right next to a big park. The back is fairly small, but well landscaped and we have a hot tub!! The room is spacious with a big closet and private bath with shower only.
