Rickenbacker, 45

I live in rural Missouri, am looking for a home in the Oakland area (applying for a job in Walnut Creek). Huge baseball fan. Love animals (but won't be able to bring any pets with me). On a tight budget, but responsible with bills. Would prefer satellite and internet hookup. Most of my time is spent on the computer or watching baseball games.
