Summary
The place has been totally re-done. New woodfloors downstairs, new carpet upstairs, bathroom and kitchen floors redone, new stove, new paint in every room, and new light fixures. The place looks like a million bucks. The bedroom is a great size with a double closet and built in shelves in the wall. Two windows in the room that face the street. Manager says the place has never had any problems with robbery or violence etc. Very nice quiet place.
