About the room
Very nice location across from the lake in Eastlake by Summergrove. There are annual fees that include all the ammentities ie pool, tennis courts and country club. A two story townhome, and I keep my house very clean, and I am looking for someone that will respect the house, and keep their area clean as well. The house and room is completely furnished, so nothing is needed, just your belongings.
