About the room
Hey, I'm Mike.. I just moved back to Cincinnati from Manhattan and moved into this apartment.. Its in Waterford Place off of Fields Ertel, by Meijer, Sams etc. Anyway its nearly 1300 sq ft 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, balcony, washer/dryer in the unit (2nd Flood). I'm looking for someone who can pay rent on time, cleans up after themselves.. Other than that I'm not very picky.. Have parties, have people over, do what ya want ya know, its your space to if you decided to move in, just be laid back and no
