I'm a corp sales VP for a large company here in the south. I work hard and play hard. I like to socialize and host parties, which is what makes this house perfect for me and hopefully my new roommate. The house was built in 1911. It has great historic appeal, including hardwoods throughout, big furnished front porch, pocket doors, (4) fireplaces and has been complety renovated from top to bottom including a new kitchen with all the fixings. It is one block from the shops/restaurants of Little 5
