I am an open-minded 24 year old professional female currently renting two large rooms with private bathrooms in my Kirkland town home. It is a corner unit conveniently located with large oaks surrounding the area to give it a natural feel. There is a small front and back yard plot so gardeners are encouraged to exercise their green thumbs. Rent is $650 a month with utilities included. There is one little wiener dog on site so pets are welcome with an additional $15 a month pet rent.
