About the room
Looking for a nice quiet roommate, employed who is looking for a place to stay and who will split the rent and take care of themselves. If I end up paying the rent, you're out, Simple. No partying, drinking, smoking allowed. Friends are cool to come over as long as it doesn't get crazy. Very nice, 2bd 2bth apartment with a large kitchen, large living area, fireplace, dining area with a hanging light (pretty cool) Very clean, new carpet, walk in closet, variable controllable AC, net and more.
