About the room
Very new 3 bedroom condo in Delray Beach. Want someone down to earth, neat (NOT OCD) and tidy, like putting dishes in washer. picking up after themselves. Great location. Near major supermarkets, and home stores. 5 min from downtown delray, and beach. Shared bathroom. Drink occasionally ok, smoke outside ok.
