About the room
We just had a change of plans and are looking for a 3rd roommate. It is a two bedroom garden style apartment. The rent would only be $245 per person a month plus utilities (elec and water). The bedroom size that is available is 10'x11'. We have all the furniture w/ the exception of what would be in the available bedroom.
