About the room
I have a beautiful 1500+ sq foot condo fully furnished; completely finished basement as well. Much of the work I have done myself. The space is tastefully decorated. The neighborhood is quiet and respectful. I am looking for a professional, responsible, non smoking, clean person to share the space. You would have a private, furnished bedroom & bath. Right now the room color is bright yellow, but I am willing to discuss a color change if u like. The bathroom is currently child friendly
