About the room
FREE RENT, FOOD, STIPEND for Cooking / Cleaning. M, 55, living by myself in 3 BR townhome. I spend part of each day in the 3rd BR I use as office. Ballys is a short walk where I go to workout. I’m into healthy eating with lots of fruits and vegetables. The bedroom that is available is the master BR with a queen bed, new furniture, and a pvt bath. The ideal person for this situation would probably not be employed full-time, drug free, non-smoker. Light alcohol use only and no pets.
