Hi there. We're a couple (18 and 19) that are currently in a 3 bedroom apartment in Central Roseville. We maintain the master bedroom and .5 bath, and we're looking to rent one other bedroom with private bath for $600 monthly, including utilities (gas, electricity, satellite, wireless net).
