About the room
Near the Grove & Bev Cntr, and 3rd St shops & restuarants. I'm a single mother of a 19 month daughter. 1/2 bathroom in our room, shared bathroom with shower & toilet. Hardwood floors in living & dining rooms. No hard partiers, but otherwise I'm tolerant of and enjoy drinking & 420. Apt fully furnished, room isn't. Looking for cool, considerate, clean, roommate that will fit in with our little family.
