About the room
I WILL PAY YOUR FIRST MONTHS RENT!! I am looking for someone to take over my lease at University Courtyards starting now, this Summer or August for next school year. It is a four bedroom apartment and one girl lives there right now. Her name is Malorie May(if you have facebook you can look her up on that). She is a very good roommate and is a full time student at Texas Tech. The apartments are fully furnished, really nice, and you would have your own bathroom. There is a 30 inch flat screen TV
