About the room
Top floor apartment with nice view of Lake Washington. Older complex with recently remodeled interior. Female student looking for female student to rent other bedroom. Good value! If you don't want the parking spot, only $375. I am REALLY clean, organized, and I don't smoke and would appreciate the same in a roommate. NO PARTIES! Landlord is a good family friend. I have all of the necessary furniture except for the bedroom.
