I have a large room, furnished if desired, fenced yard, storage in basement, walking distance to everything, excellent public transportation access to downtown, Oakland, Squirrel Hill, etc. $400 includes utilities, cable, and high speed internet. I am a single working mom of one two year old. We are home only a few waking hours most days. I am quiet, easygoing, flexible, seeking same. Male or female does not matter, and I would accept a single parent with one small child, or a couple
