I am a graduate student looking for a roommate that is quiet but likes to party on occassion. I am preferably looking for another graduate student. I have a sweet cat that plays well with others but spends most of his time sleeping. It is important that I find a roommate that pays bills on time as we will be splitting utilities. I am a pretty clean person and like to keep it that way. The living room and kitchen will already be furnished so all you need is your bedroom stuff.
