About the room
Nice place near Harmons Store. One block away from Basila's Restaurant. So, if you are hungry you might like that. There are two places to park off the road a garage to put your stuff and BBQ grill for steak fry's. I am just looking for someone who will pay the rent on time and keep the place clean. I will need $400 at the first of every month. No deposit, just month to month. No Drugs. Drinking is fine. I like to drink. Smoking outside only. I do not smoke.
