Have 2 rooms available (One available now and the other 7/1). Rent is $ 500 per month and includes utilities, cable, high speed internet (will need wireless part for your computer), water, etc. The two roommates will be sharing bathroom between themselves. I am looking for roommates that are non smokers, non-drug using, and are responsible (meaning pay rent on time) and respects others living in the house. I prefer the age range 19-27, Male or Female.
