Summary

I have already moved into a very spacious house in Oneonta. Looking for one roommate. Ideal place for a college student. I am laid-back, easy to get along with, fairly neat, but not annoyingly so. I work about 75 hours per week, so I am rarely around. Lots of room to move around, with a nice patio out back. Plenty of privacy and parking. Close to bus route. It is unfurnished. No lease. No cellular service if you are with Verizon Wireless. Call Patrick at 315-271-5653 to check it out.
