About the room
I am getting a 3 bedroom apartment in West Chester and I am looking for 1 or 2 people. The apartment is really big and has all appliances including a washer and dryer. The rent is 1000 all together and I would split it down the middle with 1 roommate ($500) or split it 3 ways with 2 other roommates ($335). Electric is the only utility not included. I am looking for someone who pays bills on time, has a fun personality, is easy to get along with, and that I can trust. Call Freddie [contact info removed]
