About the room
Hello! I currently purchased and have refurbished my first home and am looking for 1 more female roommate to live in this great place. There are currently two of us in the house (me and one other female...and a cat). The rent would be $425 a month plus Utilities (which would be split three ways). The roommate would get 2 private rooms of her own, with the living room, kitchen and dining room shared. Huge pool and tons of storage! Email me! Hopefully yours, Jessie [contact info removed]
