About the room
The apartment complex is beneficial for UCCS students because it is walking distance, free parking in the church parking lot and a metro bus that travels directly to UCCS. The complex itself is comfortable, clean, has a large pantry, has four closets and great view of Pikes Peak. It is in a quiet environment and the tenants in the Springcreek apartment are quite friendly. Laundry facilities on every floor and the cost is $1.25.
