About the room
I just bought a way cool 3 lvl/3 BR/3.5 BA townhome in Franklin Farm, a great neighborhood with tennis courts, 2 pools, bike trails, plenty of parking. Now, I would like to get a roommate to join me as I embark on this homeownership (mis)adventure. Tales of ribaldry are assured! I am a laid-back, friendly professional male in my late thirties. If you are clean, easy-going, and prompt with the rent payments, I will be very laid-back and friendly indeed. I am renting a master bedroom (18 x 11) wit
