About the room
My girl and I are planning on moving into her house, and I'm looking for someone to take over my portion of the lease. The room in question is a master. Part of a dual master, it includes a walk in closet, a large bathroom & tub. I will also include a bed, bookshelf, nightstand, lamp, alarm clock/radio, entertainment center and a TV. There is cable, internet, a washer/dryer in unit and the kitchen is stocked with components. My roommates include one of my best friends and his girl...
