The townhouse is 1209 sq. ft. The downstairs area consists of a very large great room that we use entirely as a living room area, the half bath, the kitchen, and laundry room. There is also a set of windows and glass sliding door that opens onto a medium size patio. The upstairs is divided entirely into the two bedrooms. The bedrooms are approximately 12x17, have walk-in closets. The room is furnished but can be rented unfurnished. Can be painted any colors you wish.
