About the room
Looking for a clean, moderately quiet and dog-friendly roommate to share my 1200 sf house on 1/3 acre in Gig Harbor. Must be someone who is drug-free, good credit/rental history (I will be running a rental application-$40 nonrefundable fee), and no criminal background. I am fairly quiet, respectful of my roommate's privacy and space and moderately laissez-faire. Rent includes utilities - water/sewer/garbage/Internet and DirecTV with own outlet and box in room. Easy access to Highway
