About the room
I have a spare bedroom open for a roommate. Rent all together is $730. $25 is added on to the original $705. The $25 will be paid by me ofcourse since it is my dog. Other than that, I'm pretty clean. I do smoke, I work alot usually. The weather affects my work due to that i work construction. I've always paid all my bills, and I need a roommate because my now ex girl friend just left and she was helping a little bit with the bills. I can handle half just not all. Contact me if interested.
