$500/month including utilities I am looking for an 18-30 yr old male or female that is clean, neat, easy-going, fun, energetic, and responsible to move in immediately. I am a recent college graduate and current Spanish tutor in Jackson, Mississippi. There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen with gas stove and oven, living room with fireplace, and a second floor deck; the apartment has hardwood floors throughout, except carpet in two bedrooms.
