About the room
Living Rm & Kitchen are fully furnished. Has back deck & back exit. Open bedrm = 12x131/2 w 2large closets. Plenty of space in apt. Rent w utilities should be approx $900/mo. I am taking the offstreet parking space (& compensating for this by paying the broker's fee & taking the smaller bedroom). This is nonnegotiable so don't respond if it's a problem. There's onstreet parking in front of apt & public transportation avail (<1min walk to T-Green Line B). I am 23F, will be in 3rd yr of law @ NEU.
