About the room
I am a professional, 31 year old female looking to rent a room in my home for a year or less lease. Utilities (electric) are 1/3 of what ever the bill is. I have two little girls and two dogs (they are very lovey and outside most of the time). I am offering free storage in my basement and full house privileges.
