I am a laid back working professional. Starting a new job in San Clemente and need to move that way as the commute from the IE would be a killer on my time and my car. I would like a chill roommate who is neat and responsible, if you’re social and want to hang out and talk once in a while, all the better. As my friends and my home church are in the Riverside area I will probably be gone at least 2 or 3 weekends a month. I enjoy hosting gatherings but for me a party is a handful of friends, a BB
