Its a brand new property built by a home builder burlington homes (its their only rental property) Its in a neighborhood and also set up as one) its called old river place. We have tons of parking and a very quite corner lot with a private driveway and garage. There is no one onsite that is here from our retal company. Nice new area, lots of parks, near CSUB and the marketplace. Granite counters in kitchen and baths, ceiling fans in all rooms, energy efficient AC, fireplace, very private lot!
