You must be able to prove employment, pay for a $20 credit check and pass it, no exceptions. Hi, my name's Bridget and I'm 27. I have a 1 bedroom apartment I'll be renting the bedroom of for $600 while I stay in the living room. It's a good size bedroom(11ft by 14ft) in a 1 bedroom apt. with a view of Griffith Park Observatory and you'll have the room with the privacy which is good for you. I'm not too private of a person so I don't care if you hang in the living room
