About the room
Three level (brand new) townhouse. It is top of the line -- granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, two fireplaces, wood floors, 3 full baths and one half. No couple, pets or kids. The area I am seeking to rent out is the carpeted huge basement (12 x 17). It is very private and comfortable. Not one of those dingy, damp and cold basement. It has a fireplace, along with its own fenced in patio area (furnished). The room is very light (natural light)t.
