About the room
My roommate just informed my that his company is requiring him to move to Minnesota fairly soon so I will be needed a roommate. The most important thing to me in a potential roommate is that they can be dependable to pay their share of the bills. I live in the Estates at River Pointe on Mud Island, which is just minutes from downtown. It is a very nice gated community that is safe and friendly. The apartment has 1100 sq ft so space is plentiful. I can provide more info if you are interested.
